very IMPORTANT!!!
• ideas for daily lunch / dinner menus
• travel arrangements
• organizing events/parties
• accompany the family on their trips (also might include prearrangements before the family
arrives
• needs to have a valid driving license.

Private Family Office Personal Assistant Vacancy

A very dynamic and busy family require a Personal Assistant to be employed as part of their Private Family Office entourage and staff compliment in London, UK.


- Salary – 35 000 – 55 000 pounds gross per annum
- Monday to Friday

Main responsibilities:
 

o act as the point of contact between the employer and internal/external client
o screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
o Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
o booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
o Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
o Produce reports, presentations and briefs
o house management
o handle requests and queries appropriately
o organizing events
o reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
o implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
o collating and filing expenses
o Run errands as requested
o Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
o Recruit specialist Tutors for children when necessary

 

Previous employment, work and residency in either Australian, New Zealand, or Baltic states’ would be of a great advantage to the tasks at hand.

House Manager

A VIP family with a permanent residence in South Africa, requires a Household Manager to reside in and care for their Holiday Ski-Villa in Switzerland (Crans-Montana Village). The villa is used by the family and their friends regularly and requires a strong candidate with a hands on approach to cooking, cleaning and administration for bookings.  The guests are all non paying guests of the principal and a schedule of visitors needs to be managed including the home's bills & services and all requirements as set by the principal and his family from time to time.  One housekeeper travels to the home for shift work and should be managed in terms of her schedule and needs.  Accommodation for two persons with a vehicle is provided with all bills included for utilities & maintenance.

The owner of a holiday villa in Clifton, Cape Town, requires a Villa House Manager to oversee the property, staff and guest experience in the Villa.  The villa is rented out on long-stay only, and the butlers may have the same guests for periods from 3 to 12 months at a time.  Full managerial duties and responsibilities apply to this role including property management, staff management, service management and guest relations.  In addition to this property, the client also requires full butler service to be managed in their residence in Plattekloof.  This House Manger will manage the property portfolio and both residence's junior butlers, housekeepers, cooks and gardeners. Experience in a similar environment for more than 5 years is mandatory.

A client based in Johannesburg, with a second residence in Brenton-On-Sea, Knysna, requires a Villa House Manager to oversee the property, staff and guest experience in the Villa.  The villa is only used by the Principal & Principal family on a quarterly basis during the course of the year.  Full managerial duties and responsibilities apply to this role including property management, staff management, service management and guest relations.  Experience in a similar environment for more than 5 years is mandatory.
