Palace Compound Manager

in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 

A Royal, Principal and his Family based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia requires a well educated and experience Executive to join the staff compliment as Palace Manager in the Private Residential Compound.  The Palace Manager will oversee a compliment of staff, including supervisors and back of house staff in all departments from laundry, housekeeping, chauffeurs, valets and butlers to chefs & nannies.  Specific departments report directly to the Palace Manager; whilst others report to Supervisor’s who handle the issues at hand. A close relationship and direct reporting to the Princess is of utmost importance and for this and cultural reasons very specific requirements have been provided. 

 

The villas are all staffed individually and all staff are required to be trained in the formal manner of the home.  Full managerial duties and responsibilities apply to this role including property management, staff management, service management and guest relations.  Experience in a similar environment for more than 5 years is mandatory.  A Hotel Management Diploma would be a great advantage; Arabic as a spoken language would be a positive attribute and candidates with no tied commitments to their own home would be preferred.  The position is strictly Live-In and all costs are included.  Expect a very good remuneration offering for the correct candidate.

Private Organic-Farm Manager

in Barka, Oman

A private UHNW family with a Private Organic Farm in Barka, Oman, about 60 km's from Muscat, require the appointment of a Private Organic-Farm Manager.

It’s a private farm of total of are 18 acres used for various purpose such as Fruits including dates, mangos, lemon, Banana, Vegetables, Fodder for livestock also under development plans for future (Greenhouse, Net house, Diary, open vegetation of fruits and vegetables).

The individual shall be an expertise in Organic Farming with minimum 5 years of exposure of working in any GCC countries. Should have prior exposure of setting Green house for vegetation and have higher level of expertise in the following areas of Organic Farming:

  • Assist with field research and recommendations in plant and soil fertility, irrigation, pest management and modern technologies that can bring value and improvement to the Organic farm operations.

  • Setting of organic farming.

  • Develop and provide guidance in the setup and/or management of organic farm program.

  • Ensure that Organic System Plans and methods follow international standards.

  • Determine the best ways to plant, harvest and cultivate plants for betterment of

  • High-quality crop yields.

  • Animal production (poultry and cattle) and dairy of a similar type.

  • Competence to work with farming machinery.

  • Well versed with industry safety codes and environmental regulations.

  • Develop methods to control weeds and pests to keep crops disease-free.

  • Develop and execute pest management strategies.

  • Ensure Quality control of farm produce/livestock.

Candidate should be a qualified Agricultural professional with relevant experience in Organic farming. Should have commercial acumen and be well versed with controlling expenses and budgeting etc.

The position is open for full-time assignment basis with very attractive remunerations. Candidate shall be willing to relocate to Sultanate of Oman for the full-time assignment.  Should be adept in Computer skills (Ms Office) and must have proficiency in English language.

Our VVIP client and his family require the services of an established & executive Estate Manager for two adjoining properties in Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, South Africa.  Both properties are permanently occupied and serviced by an accomplished team of housekeepers, cooks, a private chef and grounds keepers.  The staff require guidance & managements, the properties require administration and all service levels require updating.  The Principal is expecting to employ an estate manager that will task himself with the overall management of the estate to boutique hotel standards. Experience in a similar environment for more than 5 years is mandatory and a hospitality qualification in managements or similar is required.

A Royal client & his Principal Family based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman requires a well educated and experience Executive to join the staff compliment as Estate Manager in the Private Residential Compound.  The Executive Estate Manager will oversee a compliment of staff including 6 chefs, twelve housekeepers and four butlers.  Additional staff are allrounders and do not have titles.
