The owners of an exclusive private nature reserve and Safari Lodge in the Northwest Province of South Africa are in search of the perfect and most well rounded Head Chef to manage their catering, functions & in-room dining functions.  The Lodge has twelve villas, ranging from double to three bedroom and offer facilities for functions up to 300 guests as well as private dining.  The Lodge works on strictly bookings and guests are flown into the nature reserve from Johannesburg via private helicopter.  Bespoke menus have to be created for each visiting guest list and executed to the highest standards.  Accommodation and all facilities will be included in the package. Experience in a similar environment for more than 5 years is mandatory. 

Executive Chef in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, Oman         

A Royal Household residing in Muscat, Oman require a private chef with an holistic approach to food preparation & menu design.  Exceptionally healthy, vegan options have to make up part of the otherwise European style menu on a daily basis.  A staff compliment of 15 additional kitchen cooks are available on each shift to ensure smooth operations and will require management & training on an ongoing basis.  Twenty to twenty-five persons will be catered for per meal, and functions may rise to 500 persons.  All responsibilities in terms of menu creation, procurement of fresh produce and execution of the cuisine will fall on the Private Chef and his team.  A modern industrial style kitchen is at his disposal.  This will be a very demanding, however challenging role for the most vibrant and modern chef.  Experience in a banquet hotel setting or similar environment for more than 5 years is mandatory. 

Game Lodge Management Couple in Northern Cape, South Africa         

An upmarket Game Lodge with Boutique Hotel Services situation in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa require a Management Couple to live on the premises and manage all services, staff and the property as a whole.  The couple will be tasked with ensuring the service levels are of the highest standards both in the venue and for excursions.  The fully staffed lodge has 36 permanent employees and seasonal contracts for additional staff during higher capacities.  Interior, Exterior, Services, Guest Relations, Bookings and Staff Management are among the areas where management will play a direct role.  The couple should be familiar with this type of working environment and will have a steady track record of managing a luxury hospitality property together.  Experience in a similar environment for more than 5 years is mandatory.
